1. Seller information

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") are entered into between:

And any person making a purchase via the website hosted on Shopify (hereinafter "the Customer").

2. Purpose

These Terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by the Seller to the Customer.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site on the day the Customer views it.
Each product is accompanied by a description that is as accurate as possible. Photographs have no contractual value.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding delivery costs.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order

Any order placed on the site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are those offered on the Shopify platform (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Transactions are secure.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery times are given for guidance only.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

Return shipping costs remain the Customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error by the Seller.

Products must be returned in their original condition.

9. Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the order.

10. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

11. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the product.

12. Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing.
It is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).
The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
